I'm only going by what the Belfast Harbour booking system says. It has now been updated to show arrival at H&W late on Sunday night.

Inishmore not operating due to "operational reasons" she seems to be very delayed in Dunkirk having arrived for dry docking on the 19th Januar

She is having a new fire supression system installed. She is due back next week from Cherbourg to Dublin.

Looking at the schedules on the Irish Ferries, the Dublin Swift is due to start sailing for the summer on Saturday 11th July. Good job too, we're supposed to be on it on the 21st!

Just got a message today my sailing in late July on the Swift is moved to the Ulysses "due to berth and operational constraints at Holyhead port"

The Swift's disappeared from the booking schedules as well, so it looks like it'll be laid up in Barrow for the forseeable, and we'll probably get bumped onto Ulysses as well.

I don't really mind as I quite liked Ulysses when we got bumped onto there back in May 2022 on a late night Dublin-Holyhead crossing, but Mum ain't gonna be happy - the only reason we book the Swift is because it's a fast crossing as she doesn't have sea legs!

EDIT: We've had messages today confirming that both crossings on the Swift have been cancelled, so we're now going on the James Joyce from Holyhead on the morning sailing on 21st July, and the Ulysses from Dublin on the evening sailing on 4th August. We would have had to alter our booking anyway because we're getting a new car this Tuesday.

Oh well, at least breakfast will be at a slightly more appropriate time, and I won't be limited to scrambled eggs with my full Irish. Every cloud and all that.
